HOW TO GET GLOWING SMOOTH SKIN

Hey queens!!

If you’ve ever slept with makeup raise up your hands🙋
If you’ve ever abandoned your skin care routine for one week or more, raise your hands🙋
If you don’t even have a skin routine, raise your hands🙋
Don’t worry babes. I got you.
You know, truth be told, we have all been in one or more of these situations at one point in our lives or the other. However you don’t have to stay there.
Ever seen all those people with flawless baby butt face and you just want to run your hands down their faces meanwhile your face feels like a vegetable grater? Yep
While there are some people that naturally have that flawless skin and they have basically no skin care regimen (Heck, they don’t even know what that means) some of us have got to put in the work. Reminds me of people that eat any and everything and never get fat but some of us (like me), eat just half of that and gain 10kg🙄🙄

Anyways for that smooth glowing skin, let's get right into some basics
1) Water!!
I know you might be thinking, ‘is it not the same water I have been drinking since?’ well… technically speaking water is needed for basic physiologic functioning. The human body is composed of approximately 60% Total body water. To flush out those toxins and keep your body functioning optimally you need water. A typical adult needs about 2.5 to 3L of water per day. So you might wanna up your water game to cleanse and moisturize your skin.

2)Skin care routine
To get your desired baby butt skin, you need a regimen boo! Cleansing, exfoliating, toning, etc. I will drop another post some other time on a basic skin care regimen. But for now, you can’t just be washing your face and with any kind of soap and using any cloth lying around to clean your face.  You have to be intentional about this. Please start a skin care routine.

3)Get the right products
Now that we have settled getting a regimen, you also need the right products. I don’t just mean any skin care product that passes by but one well suited for your skin. So please watch out so you don’t get products that cause drying out, hyper pigmentation, hypo pigmentation, excessive breakouts or even skin cancer

So I know some people are going to tell me “ThatGirl, bad skin runs in my family no matter what I do😔😔” Look, there are 2 factors to health: genetics and environment. The genetics is the gun while the environment is the trigger. No matter the genetics, please don’t let your environment(things you can do or control) pull the trigger. That's all for now.

Please subscribe and follow this blog. Please, please and please...share this on your social media. I would really appreciate that

Toodles…xx
